STEP 10: Continue to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
Key words: Vigilance, Discipline, Integrity and Love.
Everyday life presents us with new challenges. Our recovery depends on your willingness to meet those challenges.
Our experience tells is that some members relapse, even after long periods of clean time, because they become complacent in recovery, allowing their resentments to build, and refusing to acknowledge their wrongs. Little by little, those small hurts, half-truths, and "justified" grudges turn into deep disappointment and serious deceptions and full-blown resentment. (IWHY) page 97

1. What threats are currently compromising your recovery right now? Describe
2. How does these threats affect your relationship with Self, others and God. Describe
3. Have I become less fearful selfish and resentful?
4. How has being free from our present apply to being less fearful selfish and resentful with the help of the tenth step being that clean time can desensitize us in many ways?
5. Can you see the underlying cause of these threats on your serenity? Who causes these threats? Describe
We have learned that Dysfunctional relationships (platonic or romantic) are one of the three causes for relapse! (12 stupid things)

6. Identify (name) the relationship that cause you to be emotionally immaturity? Describe what the infection looks like?
7. What has the effect of emotional immaturity been like with clean time rather than recovery? Describe
8. How can you right the wrong in any relationship?
9. So what do you do when you are trouble and you don't know what to do about it? Describe
10. How does being aware of my wrongs (self-honesty) help change your behavior or attitude?
If we want to get the freedom and serenity that step 10 has to offer. We must start the process of growing up. Our literature says we either grow or go! Emotional balance is the next step in our recovery and is achieved by balancing our desires to please and desire to be ourselves. We achieve this by eradicating our absolute dependency on people, places and things.
Don't be discouraged! There is hope!
